Launch Intel® XTU installer (version 6.5.2.40).

This could be an anomaly linked to app usage. After installing Intel® XTU version 6.5.2.40 and uninstalling it via Windows 10 "Apps and Features", the app folder in does not appear anymore, neither the entries in Device Manager. We have been unable to reproduce this issue in our lab.
